Job description
Location: Montréal, Québec (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite) Contract Duration: 6 months Industry: Healthcare & Supply Chain Hours: 35 hours/weekAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Bilingual Scrum Master Project Manager (French and English) to support Agile delivery within a dynamic healthcare and supply chain environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong facilitation skills, a collaborative mindset, and hands‑on experience guiding teams through Agile processes. Experience working with AI and Data initiatives is highly valued.This role is hybrid, requiring two days per week onsite in Montréal.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments and create an environment where the team can be effective.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well‑defined backlog and alignment on priorities.
  • Support cross‑functional stakeholders in a healthcare and supply chain context.
  • Contribute to AI and data-driven initiatives by helping teams apply Agile principles to technical and analytical workflows.
  • Track and report on team metrics to ensure delivery health and performance.
  • Promote Agile best practices across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master working with Agile teams.
  • Strong Project Manager and leadership skills.
  • Background in healthcare, supply chain, or similarly complex, regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting or working alongside AI and Data teams or projects.
  • Strong facilitation, conflict‑resolution, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work 2 days per week onsite in Montréal.
Assets
  • CSM, PSM, or other recognized Agile certification.
  • PMP – an asset
  • Experience scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe,).
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
