Our client is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join their team on a temporary, full-time basis. This role supports optical stores and optometrists’ offices with prescription order entry, order follow-up, and general customer service.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers by both phone and email. Strong data entry and computer skills are important, as accuracy is essential when entering prescription and order information.
Location: Burnaby, BC (Onsite)
Payrate: $20/h
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m

Responsibilities
Enter optical prescription orders for eyeglasses accurately into the system.
Review order information and contact customers when additional details or clarification are required.
Provide customers with updates on order status, production progress, and delays.
Follow up on outstanding orders and customer requests.
Respond to inquiries from optical stores and optometrists’ offices by phone and email.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information.
Support the Customer Service team as needed.
Assist the Customer Service Manager with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
Work with internal teams to help ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
Previous customer service, order entry, or administrative experience.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Experience in the optical industry is an asset but is not required.
