Notre client, l'un des leaders des télécommunications en RDC, recherche un Head of Digital & IT (Télécommunications) pour son bureau de Kinshasa.

Le/La Head of Digital & IT sera chargé(e) de gérer et de piloter l'évolution des plateformes IT digitales, considérées comme un levier clé de la stratégie de l'entreprise. Le rôle visera à garantir une plateforme IT digitale de classe mondiale, pleinement alignée sur les stratégies commerciales et les besoins du marché.

Missions & Responsabilités :

  • Budgétisation et planification : Élaborer et gérer la planification et l'exécution budgétaire (DB et LRP).
  • Architecture technologique : Mettre en place des architectures et conceptions IT efficaces et évolutives, alignées sur les standards techniques du groupe et les politiques locales.
  • Innovation et solutions : Piloter l'introduction de nouvelles technologies et solutions IT (appels d'offres, Proof of Value, etc.) en collaboration avec les équipes technologiques locales et du groupe, en veillant à créer de la valeur et à optimiser l'efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Planification commerciale : Élaborer et communiquer des plans d'affaires, objectifs et budgets commercialement viables.
  • Développement agile : Diriger le développement agile et basé sur PI de nouvelles capacités métiers (produits, services, processus, etc.), ainsi que l'amélioration des capacités existantes via la configuration et/ou le développement logiciel.
  • Transformation digitale : Conduire la conception et la mise en œuvre de plateformes de production CI/CD, en cohérence avec la stratégie globale de transformation digitale.
  • Projets de modernisation : Superviser la livraison de projets visant à moderniser ou remplacer les plateformes IT héritées.
  • Opérations IT : Gérer les opérations IT (niveaux L1/L2), en assurant une résolution efficace des incidents liés à lIT.
  • Leadership : Assumer un rôle de manager de managers, en fournissant leadership et orientation à travers des objectifs clairs, la gestion de la performance et des initiatives de développement de carrière pour l'équipe IT.

Profil recherché :

  • Environ 15 ans d'expérience en management dans un environnement informatique, dont au moins 8 ans dans une fonction de leadership, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Business.
  • Solide connaissance des architectures IT digitales.
  • Bilingue (anglais et français).
  • Capacité à constituer et à maintenir une équipe solide, dotée des expertises et qualités nécessaires.
  • Aptitude à travailler sous pression dans un environnement professionnel dynamique.
