About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and action-oriented Account Manager in the GTA West area. You will be the bridge between our legal users and our technology. This is a hybrid role: you will manage long-term client relationships (Account Management) while providing deep-tier technical support and document formatting (Client Services) to ensure every firm finds success on the Closer platform.
Role Responsibilities:
- Relationship & Growth: Manage a portfolio of law firm accounts, conducting regular check-ins to ensure they are getting maximum value from Closer.
- Expert Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, drop in, and virtual training sessions, solving problems in real-time with an empathetic, "people-first" mindset.
- Proactive Success: Create and maintain help content/self-serve articles to empower our users to solve problems independently.
- Feedback Loop: Work closely with our tech team to translate client "pain points" into new product features.
- On-Site Engagement: Lead in-firm training and drop-in sessions to build rapport and ensure tailored support.
- Revenue Optimization: Drive revenue growth by ensuring firms are utilizing the full suite of Closer’s features.
- Retention Strategy: Monitor engagement and satisfaction metrics to minimize attrition and ensure long-term client loyalty.
- User Adoption: Champion full-firm integration to ensure every member of the firm is active and proficient in Closer.
You’re a great fit for this role if you:
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in conveyancing or real estate law. You understand the stress of a closing day and the importance of a clean legal precedent.
- You’re tech-curious and eager to apply your industry expertise to the software world. You’re a quick study with SaaS tools and love using your legal background to tackle technical problems.
- You’re a master communicator. Whether it’s a quick chat message, an in person or lunch meeting, or a face-to-face video call, you are clear, professional, and engaging.
- You are action-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable working within the tight timelines of the real estate world.
- Values matter to you. You lead with trust and integrity, and you’re looking to have some fun while changing an industry.
Requirements & Assets
- 2+ years in real estate law, conveyancing, or legal tech.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and oral).
- In-depth knowledge of the Ontario real estate closing process. (Asset)
- Previous experience using Closer Conveyancing software. (Asset but not required)

Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000
