Hiring New Grads - Entry Level Banking Role (Investment Processing)

Our client, one of the Big 5 banks in Canada, is currently hiring for entry level back office roles to help support their office located in the downtown Toronto area.

Key Responsibilities include the following:

• Review and index incoming digital documents through AWS
• Update document fields and route items to the appropriate internal teams
• Support the closing of transfers for both registered and non-registered products
• Create and manage AWS tickets as required
• Generate reports and maintain department mailboxes
• Ensure all work is completed within established 24-hour SLAs
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and lines of business
• Process documentation received from branch locations accurately and efficiently

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in either a customer service or admin based role
• Strong communication skills (English - written and verbal)
• Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge (Basic Excel Functions)
