Ce que nous recherchons :

Nous recherchons un(e) Webmestre Drupal rigoureux(se) et organisé(e) pour assurer la mise à jour, la maintenance et l'intégration de contenu des sites web de notre client. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la qualité et la cohérence de la présence web de notre client, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes du client.

Durée : Mandat 3 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement ou permanence chez le client

Nombre d’heures par semaines : 40h

Poste en mode hybride : 2 à 3 jours par semaine au bureau (Montréal, Centre-ville)

Autres conditions : Une semaine sur deux en mode on-call (Prime durant les périodes on-call)


Tâches et responsabilités du poste :

  • Gérer les opérations quotidiennes du site Drupal (contenus, mises à jour…).
  • Intégrer et publier du contenu (textes, images, vidéos, documents) dans le CMS Drupal selon les directives éditoriales
  • Mettre à jour et maintenir les pages existantes : modifications de contenu, corrections, restructurations
  • Assurer la qualité des pages publiées (liens brisés, formatage, images, cohérence visuelle)
  • Gérer les médias : bibliothèque d'images, documents PDF, vidéos intégrées
  • Coordonner avec les équipes internes pour recueillir et intégrer les contenus dans les délais convenus
  • Effectuer les mises à jour courantes du site (modules, correctifs mineurs) en lien avec l'équipe technique
  • Répondre à des demandes de changements sur le site web (ex. modifications de texte, accessibilité…).
  • Assurer la conformité aux standards d'accessibilité web (WCAG 2.1)
  • Assurer la qualité, la cohérence et la performance des contenus en ligne.
  • Gérer des demandes ad hoc internes.
  • Être le point de contact interne pour les demandes web.
  • Coordonner efficacement avec l’agence externe (suivi, validation, déploiement).


Qualifications et caractéristiques requises

  • Environ 2 à 3 ans d’expérience
  • Expérience pratique avec Drupal (administration et gestion de contenu)
  • Bonne maîtrise du HTML de base pour les ajustements de mise en page
  • Sens aigu du détail et de la qualité visuelle
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément et à respecter les échéanciers
  • Quelqu’un de logique, autonome, avec un bon esprit critique
  • Capable de comprendre la stratégie du client et de faire preuve d’un minimum de réflexion stratégique dans l’exécution
  • Bonne communication écrite et verbale en français et anglais

What we're looking for

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Drupal Webmaster to handle the day-to-day updates, maintenance, and content integration of our client's websites. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our client's web presence, working closely with the client's internal teams.

Duration: 3-month contract with possibility of renewal or permanent placement with the client

Hours per week: 40h

Hybrid position: 2 to 3 days per week on-site (Montreal, Downtown)

Other conditions: On-call rotation every other week (on-call premium applies)


Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Drupal site (content, updates, etc.)
  • Integrate and publish content (text, images, videos, documents) into the Drupal CMS according to editorial guidelines
  • Update and maintain existing pages: content modifications, corrections, and restructuring
  • Ensure the quality of published pages (broken links, formatting, images, visual consistency)
  • Manage media assets: image library, PDF documents, embedded videos
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather and integrate content within agreed timelines
  • Perform routine site updates (modules, minor fixes) in collaboration with the technical team
  • Respond to website change requests (e.g., text modifications, accessibility updates)
  • Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
  • Maintain the quality, consistency, and performance of online content
  • Handle ad hoc internal requests
  • Act as the internal point of contact for web-related requests
  • Coordinate effectively with the external agency (follow-up, validation, deployment)

Required Qualifications and Characteristics

  • Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience
  • Hands-on experience with Drupal (administration and content management)
  • Solid understanding of basic HTML for layout adjustments
  • Strong attention to detail and visual quality
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Logical, autonomous, and critically minded
  • Able to understand the client's strategy and demonstrate a degree of strategic thinking in execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
