Work From Home Sales Specialist (Entry-Level) About the Company AO Globe Life is a trusted provider of supplemental benefits, working with union members and families across North America. This role is 100% remote and ideal for individuals looking to start a career in sales with support, systems and flexibility. The Opportunity This is not your typical sales job! There is NO cold calling- you will speak with families who have already requested information about their benefits. Each day, you will have the chance to: Work remotely with clients by conduction virtual meetings via zoom Explain coverage options clearly and professionally Follow up with clients using our CRM system Learn and apply sales strategies through ongoing training Maintain consistent communication with your team leader Provide ongoing support to build long-term relationships Your success directly shapes income, making this an ideal position for driven and people-focused individuals. What We Are Looking For Success in this role starts with the right attitude. Strong communicators (verbal and written) who lead with empathy and natural problem-solvers. Coachable, reliable, and self-motivated Have the ability to work independently while staying organized and continue with a profession attitude, especially in a remote environment Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn Sales experience is not required (training provided) Requirements Must be 18+ Authorized to work in Canada Reliable internet and a quiet workspace Laptop or desktop computer Comfortable with commission-based pay Must pass a background check and licensing (where required) Helpful, but not required Having an LLQP license is a bonus, or willing to obtain their LLQP license Customer service, sales, or fast-paced work experience with the ability to problem solve in an effective manner Why You Will Love Working With Us We believe in rewarding results and supporting personal growth.
