Join our dynamic team as a Solderer Assembler where you will work across several stations, engaging in tasks such as prepping, soldering, assembly, crimping, stripping, and potting. You will handle cable connectors of varying sizes, as well as plastic and metal components, and will receive cross-training for additional tasks. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and patience, especially when working with smaller parts.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple stations including prepping, soldering, assembly, crimping, stripping, and potting.
• Handle cable connectors of varying sizes and materials.
• Assemble electrical components according to process documents and schematics.
• Ensure precision and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Collaborate with a team to complete assembly tasks efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in soldering and electrical assembly.
• Experience with cable, wire, and connector assembly.
• Ability to crimp, strip, and pot components accurately.
• Familiarity with process documents and schematics for assembly tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in electronics assembly.
• Operation of cutting or crimping machines.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and organized environment without disturbances. Each team member operates at their own station within an assembly line. Enjoy a positive and friendly atmosphere with a team of around 16 members. The role involves following drawings and process documents to complete tasks efficiently. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

This is a Contract position based out of Calgary, AB.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
