Work-From-Home Sales Associate (No Experience Required) ⸻ About the Company AO Globe Life is a trusted provider of supplemental benefits, working with union members and families across North America. We specialize in remote client support and sales, offering structured training, mentorship, and long-term career growth for individuals who are motivated and coachable. This role is 100% remote and ideal for individuals looking to start a career in sales with support, systems, and flexibility. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Work remotely with pre-qualified clients • Conduct virtual meetings via Zoom • Explain coverage options clearly and professionally • Follow up with clients using our CRM system • Learn and apply sales strategies through ongoing training • Maintain consistent communication with your team leader ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) • Coachable, reliable, and self-motivated • Comfortable working independently from home • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Sales experience is not required (training provided) ⸻ What We Offer • 100% remote work (work from anywhere in Canada/US where eligible) • Comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship • Performance-based compensation (commission structure) • Flexible scheduling once trained • Advancement opportunities for high performers ⸻ Requirements • Must be 18+ • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace • Laptop or desktop computer • Comfortable with commission-based pay • Must pass a background check and licensing (where required) ⸻ Qualified candidates will be contacted for the next step.
