Manufacturing Training Supervisor

What’s the Job?

We’re looking for a Training Supervisor to lead plant‑wide training planning, execution, onboarding, and employee development at our Simcoe factory. This role ensures employees across all shifts are trained, engaged, and set up for success.

Pay Rate: From $25.42/hr
Location: Simcoe, ON (Fully Onsite)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate plant‑wide training programs
• Supervise training coordinators
• Support off‑shift training activities
• Identify skill gaps and adjust training plans
• Coordinate with other ice cream sites on training alignment
• Manage employee onboarding and overall training experience
• Deliver weekly progress updates to leadership
• Execute all compliance training
• Schedule and manage external training sessions

What We’re Looking For

• Supervisory or leadership experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Experience planning and delivering training programs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to identify development needs and build action plans
• Understanding of manufacturing operations/workflows
