Responsibilities for Seasonal Industrial Security Guard
Control and manage site access by manning the gate and assisting suppliers and crews with fob entry as they arrive and depart
Verify identification and authorize entry for all visitors, contractors, and staff
Conduct regular foot patrols around the main building and warehouse to monitor increased traffic and ensure site security
Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the safety of personnel and property
Monitor security systems and surveillance equipment to detect and respond to any suspicious activity
Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or potential security threats
Complete accurate and detailed Daily Guard Reports using GTrack
Document all incidents and occurrences by completing Incident Reports in GTrack as required
Observe, report, and escalate any safety hazards, security breaches, or unusual activities
Identify and report any security system issues, vulnerabilities, or malfunctions
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
