Job Title: Mail Associate French Bilingual
Location: Montréal, QC
Pay Range: $18.8
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
What's the Job?
- Prepare mail and packages for external shipment using common mail services including fax, air express, freight, and postal services.
- Receive, sort, and process mail documents, packages, and supplies while notifying recipients.
- Utilize basic printing and color production printers to produce necessary documents.
- Record and process accountable mail information, maintain logs, and track shipments using automated systems.
- Operate mail equipment such as inserters, sorters, and finishing equipment, ensuring quality checks on outbound mail.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in a professional environment, preferably in client-facing roles.
- Good communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and follow instructions accurately.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
