You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling of warehousing to ensure efficient inventory and warehouse management and cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives. You will be planning, leading, organizing and controlling the plant’s Dispensary operations for raw & packaging material to provide consistent quality ingredients to production in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Has full 24/7 responsibility & accountability for the warehouse (internal and external) metrics SQDCM. This role ensures that output targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met, while leading a team of shift leaders, technical specialists, warehouse technicians and receivers in a structured and coordinated environment

Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Job specific requirements:
5+ years of experience in a production or warehouse environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (with proven people leadership skills and capability)
Strong knowledge of TPM, lean manufacturing, standardized work, and safety systems
Proven leadership and team development capabilities in high-volume environments
Comfortable working in a systems-integrated setting (ERP/SAP, Infolink, digital dashboards)
Job Responsibilities:
Prevent safety incidents by ensuring 'zero incidents' mentality and zero harm culture in WHSE
Management and coordination of all external contractors and third-party vendors
Prevent quality incidents by ensuring 'zero incidents' mentality and culture, following GWP
Ensure volume is produced and delivered on time in full against production plan
Maintain accurate inventories in the warehouse, following proper inventory management practices
Ensure proper storage and rotation of stock, minimize waste and write-offs
Ensure proper maintenance and management of all warehousing equipment and areas
Deliver the volume with the planned and budgeted headcount
Responsible for warehouse budget, deliver the volumes within planned budget
Improve cost through systemic identification and elimination of losses to root cause
Ensure proper staffing, training/capability building, and performance management of team
Building and growing High Performing Teams in the warehouse
Coach and develop his/her direct reports
Ensure proper structure in place, develop team back-up and succession planning
Own one pillar/SWP for the SN pillar; launch and implement IL6S in the warehouse
Priority setting through Daily Management System and effective escalation of issues
Ensures 100% compliance by implementing roles, processes and culture in his section
Work schedule:
Regular business hours. Monday to Friday – 8 hr day shift, with flexibility to come off-hours when needed.
The expected base salary range for this position is $84,500 to $105,650 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
