• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions (life, health, supplemental)
• Educate clients through a simple, guided decision-making process
• Manage and grow a personal client portfolio
• Collaborate with a supportive team and leadership group
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
