Job Description

A Director is a leader within our management team who oversees regional client operations teams and supports global business initiatives. They are brand ambassadors who regularly interacts with clients, or prospective clients, on all matters of our business while exercising strong commercial acumen. This role is critical to delivering the high level of service and satisfaction MUFG is known for in the industry.

MUFG Investor Services is rolling out a new offering to clients in our global servicing model to support our diverse array of clients. We're looking for a candidate with the qualifications and experience to support the construction and growth of the business within MUFG Investor Services.

Deliverables

• Manage daily operations to ensure SLAs are met in an efficient manner
• Perform reviews on setups and credit agreements, or any other deliverables, for the operations team
• Manage client relationships and be a point of escalation
• Manage ad hoc client requests to ensure completion

Strategic Goals

• Champion quality and continuous improvement
• Participate in new service development and support new service rollouts
• Participate in and manage projects to enhance the overall service offering

Budgeting and Reporting

• Support and uphold a culture of control and compliance with company policy

Collaboration

Collaboration with internal operations groups, across multiple departments, to drive results

Qualifications

• Expert level understanding of loan servicing and debt services industry

• Experience in management and administration of loans and various forms of debt

• University degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance or a relevant designation in accounting, finance, or management is good to have

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in team management roles

• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in loan servicing or agency roles
