Already operating in Edmonton, Brick House Recovery Centre has now expanded to Calgary. We are an innovative private outpatient addiction treatment program that is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care. The Brick House specializes in evidence-based practices including detox, intensive outpatient programming and aftercare, offering a supportive environment for individuals on their journey to recovery.
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, administrative, and clinical skills to ensure efficient clinic functioning, exceptional patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to process improvement, team supervision, and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams. Fluency in English is essential, with bilingual abilities in French considered a valuable asset. The Clinical Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of patient care while managing administrative functions seamlessly.
