Êtes-vous un(e) spécialiste du marketing numérique souhaitant évoluer vers un poste de gestionnaire de marketing ? Aimeriez-vous rejoindre un important propriétaire immobilier présent dans tous les secteurs (commercial, résidentiel, industriel, bureaux) et en pleine croissance grâce à son équipe dirigeante performante ? De plus, êtes-vous prêt(e) à intégrer un environnement dynamique où les tâches sont variées et évolutives ? Notre client, un chef de file du secteur immobilier au Québec et aux États-Unis, dont le siège social est situé dans la région de Montréal, recherche une personne qui prendra en charge l’ensemble des activités de marketing, incluant l’image de marque, la veille sur les meilleures pratiques et les tendances émergentes sur les plateformes de médias sociaux telles que Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., l’organisation d’événements (y compris des concours), la gestion des sites Web commerciaux et résidentiels de l’entreprise, la maintenance de l’intranet et la supervision des plateformes de formation interne. Relevant du Directeur de technologie, vous superviserez un graphiste et des prestataires externes pour les besoins ponctuels. Notre client recherche une personne autonome, intelligente et très proactive, capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément tout en étant très organisée. D'excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en anglais et en français sont indispensables. La connaissance du secteur immobilier et du logiciel YARDI est un atout, de même qu'une Bacc. en marketing, communication, journalisme ou domaine connexe. Compte tenu de leur rythme de travail soutenu, notre client privilégie le travail collaboratif à temps plein au bureau. Ils sont fiers de leur culture d'entreprise très familiale, et nombre de leurs employés y restent 10 à 20 ans, voire plus !
La rémunération est à la hauteur de l'expérience et comprend un ensemble complet d'avantages sociaux. Un grand parking gratuit est disponible sur place.

Digital Content and Marketing Manager
Are you a digital marketer who would like to take on or grow into a role of marketing manager? Would you like to join a leading real estate property owner across all sectors (commercial, residential, industrial, office) that is continually growing because of its very strong leadership? Furthermore, are you up to joining a fast-paced environment with tasks that are always different and changing? Our client, a leading real estate property owner and operator in Quebec and the United States has its head offices situated in the Montreal area. They are looking for an individual who will take care of all things marketing including branding, staying current on best practices and emerging trends across social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., brokering events including give-aways, managing the company's commercial and residential websites, maintaining the intranet, and overseeing the internal training platforms. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will oversee a graphic designer and third-party contractors for extranious needs. Our client is looking for an independent, intelligent "go-getter," who is able to multi-task while being highly organized. Excellent writing skills in English and French are essential while knowledge of the real estate industry with YARDI software is considered an asset as is a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field. Because of the pace at which they work, our client favours collaborative work full-time at the office. They pride themselves in having a very family-oriented working culture with many employees staying 10 to 20 years or more !
