  • Support clients through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Total Mental Health (TMH) programs, addressing complex presentations including mental health disorders, addictions, relationship concerns and workplace stress

  • Apply strength-based, client-centered approaches that honor diverse backgrounds and empower individuals to achieve meaningful change

  • Maintain clinical autonomy while collaborating with a Regional Clinical Supervisor who supports your professional development

  • Engage in ongoing clinical consultation, peer learning and access to continuing education opportunities

  • Use digital systems to work efficiently, while leveraging initiative and adaptive problem-solving to respond effectively when processes require adjustment.

  • Serve as the Health & Safety Representative for the office, collaborating with management on workplace safety protocols

What You Bring

Required:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.

  • Minimum five years of post-master's direct clinical experience with diverse populations and presenting concerns.

  • Current registration in good standing with one of the following: CCPA – CCC level membership, MCSW: Manitoba College of Social Workers

  • Strong clinical competency in solution-focused therapy, brief interventions, and longer-term modalities.

  • Ability to establish therapeutic rapport quickly with clients from diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds.

  • Excellent clinical judgment, self-direction, and comfort working independently in a high-volume practice setting.

  • Proficiency with electronic health records and digital clinical tools.

  • Commitment to evidence-informed practice, ethical standards, and continuous professional development.

  • Experience working with blue-collar or trades populations and familiarity with workplace-related trauma preferred.

  • Highly organized, solution-oriented, and able to adapt to dynamic scheduling and caseload demands.

Great-to-haves:

  • Clinical experience with substance use disorders and addiction counselling.

  • Previous experience in EAP, workplace mental health, or integrated care settings.

  • Familiarity with local community resources and service networks.

  • Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed care).

What TELUS Health Offers You

  • Comprehensive total rewards package highlighting competitive salary and paid time off, with a flexible benefits plan to meet the needs of you and your family

  • Generous company matched pension and share purchase programs

  • Opportunity to give back to communities in which we work, live and serve

  • Career growth and learning & development opportunities to develop your skills

  • And much more …

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location.
