Offered Pay rate: 53 CAD/hr.on T4 or 57 CAD/hr. on Incorp

We are seeking a talented and adaptable Project Manager to maintain an existing portfolio of applications and deliver new business capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical diploma with 7 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• 2 years in a Technical role and experience working with technical teams (Developers/Quality Engineers/Business Analysts).
• Enabler mindset focused on strategic thinking and leading to constant improvement.
• Ownership mindset focused on accurate execution and delivering commitments with no regrets.
• Excellent documentation, attention to detail, thoroughness, and strong ownership of work.
• Prior work experience in the financial industry or related sector.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Startups or Fintech.
• Strong program management skills.
• Experience with enterprise-grade solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define, manage, and communicate updates on roadmaps of high-profile projects.
• Communicate with and manage various stakeholders; Manage backlog and communicate feature requests to Developers.
• Organize and prioritize the development of features; Manage and report key KPIs to the Project Management Office.
• Provide focus and clarity in establishing individual goals, driving performance management, supporting career development, and rewarding strong performance.
• Foster development of skills within the team.
