POSITION: Camp Leader - Day Camps

SALARY: $23.69/hour
SCHEDULE:
The position of Camp Leader involves coordinating activities and supervising the team of counselors to ensure the smooth running of the camp.
The individual participates in the planning and organization of the programming, leads team meetings, and contributes to the mentoring and evaluation of the counselors. They ensure the quality of the activities offered, manage the equipment, and adhere to administrative procedures.
The Camp Leader also ensures a safe environment for the children and staff, maintains effective communication with parents, and collaborates with various stakeholders in the program.
