Job description
Are you a business professional looking for a stimulating challenge in the medical field? Our client, a growing clinic in St-Michel, is seeking a medical secretary for a permanent 37.5h per week position. This role is ideal for a rigorous individual looking to leverage their business administration skills and proficiency in Omnimed software within a dynamic team. As a cornerstone of the clinic's business administration, you will ensure smooth file management and impeccable customer service.

Bilingualism is essential for this position. You will need to communicate with English-speaking patients daily (approximately 50% of tasks), which requires an expert level of English. Responsibilities
• Manage reception and calls within the clinic's business administration department.
• Handle appointment scheduling and file updates using Omnimed software.
• Ensure medical billing and administrative follow-up of patient files.
• Collaborate with the medical team to optimize workflow organization.
• Respond to inquiries in both French and English professionally.

Qualifications
• Confirmed experience in medical secretarial work or business administration.
• DEP in secretarial studies or equivalent training (an asset).
• Mandatory and recent proficiency in Omnimed software.
• Fluent bilingualism (French/English) for patient interaction.
• Strong business administration skills and priority management.
• Absolute discretion and respect for confidentiality (Bill 25).
