Salary: $42,390 - 71,011 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital design, including UI/UX and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/Less), and JavaScript (AJAX), as well as frameworks like Bootstrap, Angular, and React.
• Experience with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with motion graphics through software like Adobe After Effects or Adobe Animate is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of web accessibility standards and usability principles.
• Aptitude for conducting user research and implementing findings to enhance website usability.
• Skills in data analysis using Python or similar tools are preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration across various teams.
• A portfolio that displays previous web design projects showcasing both creativity and technical expertise is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually engaging websites and landing pages using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Create eye-catching visual elements including logos, graphics, motion graphics, and UI components to improve user experience.
• Implement responsive design strategies using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript to ensure compatibility across different platforms.
• Develop and maintain websites through WordPress, Drupal, or custom coding utilizing PHP, AJAX, React, Angular, or Node.js.
• Optimize websites for SEO by following best practices in content structure, metadata usage, and analytics integration with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine website functionality and ensure adherence to web accessibility standards.
• Collaborate on information architecture and interaction design to enhance overall site usability.
• Maintain existing websites by performing updates, fixing bugs, applying security patches, and enhancing performance.
• Utilize data analysis skills to track website traffic patterns and user behaviors to guide design enhancements.
• Stay updated with industry trends in digital design, web development technologies, and digital marketing strategies.
