The Role

This is a senior operations and technology leadership role. You own the systems, automations, and data infrastructure that power how we sell, retain, and serve members. Depending on team structure, you may report to the Sr Tech Operations lead or directly to the CEO, and work with a team of 3 - two existing ops specialists and a Technical Engineer.

You're not waiting for instructions. You see a broken process, you fix it. You use AI tools the way a good operator uses any sharp instrument - constantly and naturally.

What You Own

• HubSpot - full ownership of architecture, pipelines, sequences, lifecycle stages, and reporting. Admin-level, not just a user.
• Automation stack - Zapier/make workflows across member operations, onboarding, billing, and retention
• Business intelligence - dashboards that leadership actually uses to make decisions
• AI tooling - you evaluate, adopt, and champion AI tools across the team. This is a core responsibility, not a side note.
• Team - you manage a team of 2 automation specialists plus a Technical Engineer. You develop them, not just direct them.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops
• Deep HubSpot expertise - you've rebuilt pipelines, architected lifecycle stages, and know the platform inside out
• Proven experience designing and owning automation workflows across a complex stack
• Strong data instincts - you build dashboards people trust and make decisions with numbers
• AI-first - you actively use AI tools in your daily work and you're genuinely excited about where it's going. Skeptics need not apply.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Based in South America, available during US Eastern or Pacific business hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with Domo or similar BI platforms
• Background in membership, SaaS, or subscription businesses
• Prior people management experience
