Role Summary
Seeking an experienced AWS Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands on experience in AWS infrastructure management, deployments, and advanced troubleshooting, operating as an L3 / escalation engineer for production environments.
Key Requirements
Strong hands-on experience managing AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, Load Balancers, Storage, Monitoring).
Experience deploying, operating, and supporting production AWS environments.
Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and resolving L3 escalations.
Experience acting as an escalation point for L1/L2 teams and driving incident resolution.
Strong understanding of incident management, RCA, and preventive fixes.
