Des skis aux vélos de montagne, en passant par les vêtements techniques, notre mission est d’être la référence des sports de montagne — hiver comme été.Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) des ventes et du marketing pour rejoindre notreéquipe passionnée à Bromont, Québec, et soutenir les personnes et les processus qui donnent vie à nos marques au quotidien.À propos du poste:En tant que Coordonnateur(trice) des ventes et du marketing, vous soutiendrez nos équipes commerciales dans toutes les catégories — vêtements, chaussure et équipement. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des échantillons, de la coordination des initiatives marketing internes et externes, de la collaboration avec l’équipe des ventes, et de contribuer à l’exécution fluide de nos activités dans le canal de vente en gros.Il s’agit d’un rôle polyvalent, dynamique et pratique, situé au cœur de notre fonctionnement commercial.Responsabilités principals:Opérations de ventes & gestion des échantillons
  • Gérer tous les échantillons entrants et sortants et assurer la mise à jour du showroom.
  • Coordonner l’ensemble du processus des commandes d’échantillons, de l’entrée de commande jusqu’au suivi d’expédition.
  • Maintenir l’exactitude de l’inventaire et des données de prix; soutenir l’entrée de commandes au besoin.
Soutien à l’équipe des ventes
  • Coordonner le développement et la distribution des outils de vente.
  • Mettre à jour les line sheets : ajouts/suppressions, disponibilité, images produits, recommandations de substitutions.
  • Soutenir la préparation et la logistique des salons commerciaux, réunions des ventes et initiatives terrain.
Soutien au marketing
  • Contribuer à la rédaction de contenus, aux workbooks saisonniers, ainsi qu’aux besoins visuels et outils marketing.
  • Soutenir les séances photo et la gestion des échantillons PR.
  • Préparer le matériel et participer aux événements selon les besoins.
  • Traiter les commandes et retours marketing dans M3 et effectuer les suivis auprès des clients au besoin.
Collaboration interfonctionnelle
  • Agir comme principal point de contact avec WIPTEC (3PL) pour les arrivages, volumes de livraison et mises à jour sur la plateforme LEAD.
  • Servir de ressource pour les ambassadeurs vêtements et WSE.
  • Se tenir informé(e) des tendances du marché et des innovations produits du Groupe Rossignol.
Qualifications:
  • Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en ventes de produits ou en marketing (expérience en vêtement ou en vente en gros, un atout).
  • Parfaitement bilingue (français & anglais) avec d’excellentes habiletés de communication écrite et orale.
  • Grande capacité d’organisation, souci du détail et autonomie.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et maîtrise d’Excel, Word et PowerPoint.
  • Capacité à voyager au besoin; permis de conduire valide requis.

From ski and mountain bike gear to performance apparel, our mission is to be the benchmark for mountain sports—winter and summer alike.We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our mountain‑loving team in Bromont, Quebec, and support the people and processes that help bring our brands to life every day.About the Role:As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support our commercial teams across all divisions—softgoods, footwear, and hardgoods. You will manage sample operations, coordinate internal and external marketing needs, collaborate with our sales team, and help ensure smooth execution across the wholesale channel.This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role at the heart of our commercial engine.Key responsibilities:Sales & Sample Operations
  • Manage all incoming/outgoing samples and maintain showroom readiness.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end sample orders, from order entry to shipment tracking.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and pricing data and support order entry as needed.
Sales Team Support
  • Coordinate development and distribution of sales collateral.
  • Maintain line sheets: adds/drops, availability, product imagery, and substitution recommendations.
  • Support tradeshows, sales meetings, and field initiatives.
Marketing Support
  • Assist with copywriting, seasonal workbooks, imagery needs, and content tools.
  • Support photo shoots and PR sample needs.
  • Prepare materials and attend events as required.
  • Process marketing orders and returns in M3 and follow up with customers when needed.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Act as main contact with WIPTEC (3PL) regarding stock arrival, delivery volume, and platform updates (LEAD).
  • Serve as point of contact for apparel and WSE ambassadors.
  • Stay informed on market trends and product innovations across Groupe Rossignol.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in product sales or marketing (apparel or wholesale experience is an asset).
  • Fully bilingual (French & English), with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
  • Strong analytical ability and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel as needed, valid driver’s license required.
