two full-time Project Coordinators for our client in Regina, SK. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) by assisting with project scheduling, administration, quality assurance, and financial coordination activities.

Responsibilities:Scheduling & Administration- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Assist Project Managers with project planning, estimating, scheduling, and tracking activities
- Maintain systems for tracking key project deadlines, status reports, and forecasting requirements
- Support project audits and prepare audit submissions as required
- Assist with documenting project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and lessons learned
- Prepare project and portfolio reports
Quality Assurance- Coordinate quality reviews and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure project compliance
- Maintain and update project templates, tools, and processes to promote consistency across projects
- Support change management documentation and communications
- Assist with risk reporting and maintenance of project risk registers
Financial Administration- Assist with the preparation of project cost estimates
- Review invoices and compare actual costs against project estimates
- Support monthly forecasting and financial reporting activities
Qualifications and Skills:- Diploma in Engineering Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Alternative Education: 4-year university degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or an equivalent field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in project coordination, administration, finance, engineering support, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid Saskatchewan driver's licence with an acceptable driving record
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and SharePoint
- Experience with Oracle OPC, Oracle Unifier, and Primavera P6 is considered an asset
- Lean Six Sigma certification (any belt level) is considered an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
