Job description
This Data Manager position plays a key role in the evolution of Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Data Integration solutions. This role contributes to the design of business solutions at all levels and is actively involved in projects related to B2B systems, middleware tools such as ETL, and various database technologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the design of Data Engineering, Architecture, and Integration solutions
  • Implement solutions that meet business needs, processes, and requirements
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of technical BI & ETL developers
  • Ensure adherence to standard practices and procedures in solution configuration
  • Provide ideas and rmendations for solution design and continuous improvement
  • Ensure operational reliability of data solutions
  • Develop and maintain data architecture frameworks and roadmaps
  • Design, develop, and maintain data modelling guidelines, working closely with business analysts, dataernance teams, BI teams, and data engineers to ensure secure and scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee the software development and delivery process for data-focused solutions

Success Factors
  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or a related field
  • 5+ years of technical data management experience
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration methodologies
  • Strongmunication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders across the organization
  • Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience inspiring and guiding technical teams
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale data solutions aligned to business and organizational objectives
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and implementations (e.g., DynamoDB)
  • Good understanding of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI
  • Solid understanding of dataernance principles and best practices
  • Business Sense: Ability to translate needs into business processes, identify challenges, and propose solutions that support the evolution of data and SAP-related environments
  • Curiosity: Strong interest in emerging technologies, security, and business processes; continuously learning and staying up to date to provide innovative solutions
