CPE LA BECQUÉE /DES PETITS POMMIERS – installation Scott 2 LE CENTRE À LA PETITE ENFANCE LA BECQUÉE - DES PETITS POMMIERS met tout en œuvre pour offrir un endroit où le plaisir, la stabilité et le respect sont omniprésents ! Voici ce que nous avons à vous offrir : Un milieu de vie valorisant et enrichissant; Un climat de collaboration et d’entraide (coach); Un milieu de travail riche et stimulant où chacun est mis à profit (comités, communautés d’apprentissage et de pratique); Nous sommes accrédités Petits Ambassadeurs pour la région de Chaudière-Appalaches; Nous sommes certifiés CPE durable; Un accompagnement et un soutien diversifiés et appréciés; Une plateforme pédagogique s’appuyant sur le programme éducatif HighScope; Un salaire selon les échelons du ministère de la Famille; 13 jours fériés; Installation Syndiquée Éducateur.trice – Sauterelle: Poste régulier à titre de sauterelle à notre installation de Scott 2 en Beauce; 34 heures par semaine sur 4 jours (temps plein); Travaille en collaboration avec tous les intervenants qui gravitent autour des enfants sous leur responsabilité; Planifie et applique le programme éducatif préconisé par le CPE (HighScope); Applique le processus de l’intervention éducative; Assure le suivi du développement de chaque enfant, ainsi que sa sécurité et son bien-être; Développe une relation de confiance avec les parents; Collabore à la conception de plan d’intervention individuel pour les enfants ayant des besoins particuliers et en assure l’application. Exigences recherchées Éducateur.trice formé.e qualifié.e ou en voie de l’être OU intéressé(e) à suivre une formation en petite enfance; Excellente connaissance des domaines du développement de l’enfant. Cours de premiers soins à jour. N’avoir aucun empêchement en lien avec l’emploi.
