In this position, you will effectively lead production teams and a supervisor to produce high-quality food products. You will be instrumental in developing production processes, enhancing quality, work cross functionally on improvement projects whilst develop teams skills and culture. The successful candidate will be bilingual, English & Spanish speaking, an effective people leader with effective communication skills.

The Position:
- Lead production across a 3-shift food production operation for a fast growing business
- Develop and enhance production processes, work cross functionally on critical projects across the business
