Maintenance Worker - Building Maintenance

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The welcoming Villa de l'Estrie residence is looking for a Maintenance Worker. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Worker will be responsible for completing minor renovations and ensuring cleanliness throughout the building. Schedule: Full-time, day shift (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), Tuesday to Saturday. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance of common areas all other related tasks Construction Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required Make service calls Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.) Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset) CPR training (asset) BENEFITS: Referral Program Uniform provided Floating days off Social leave Vacation Human management approach Consistent schedule Career Opportunity JOB STATUS: Permanent: Full Time JOB SCHEDULE: Day time
