Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Location : Vaudreuil
Our client in Vaudreuil is currently looking for a sales and marketing coordinator. This person will provide administrative support to the sales department while contributing to the company's marketing initiatives. This position will help to ensure the smooth running of sales operations
and develop marketing materials (such as PowerPoint presentations and product sheets) to drive customer engagement and product promotion.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned on an ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities : Marketing :
o Assist in the development and communication with suppliers
regarding artwork, packaging and promotional materials
o Prepare and print presentation materials for trade shows and other promotional

o Design marketing materials for trade shows, conventions and customer meetings

o Create attractive PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings,
product launches
o Develop product sheets, brochures and other marketing materials to support
sales efforts
o Assist in the development of packaging designs and illustrations

Qualifications
Qualifications :
University degree in marketing, business or related field
Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in a sales coordination or marketing support role
Bilingual proficiency in French and English preferred
Good command of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of design and layout software an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong
attention to detail
