Staffinityis currently seeking aBilingual Client Services Specialist. This is a permanent position with base salary, benefits, vacation, personal days and RRSP matching. The base salary is 45-50k + bonus. The work schedule is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the North York office. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing complex inquiries and ensuring a seamless user experience across multiple communication channels. Fluency in English and French required.
Note on Schedule:This position requires flexibility for rotating shifts. Shifts are scheduled 5 days per week (40 hours total) between Monday–Friday (7:30 am – 8:30 pm) and weekends (10:00 am – 4:00 pm).
