We are seeking a Vice President, Human Resources (or VP of People) to join our executive team and align our people strategy directly with operational performance and sustainable growth.
The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a driver who thrives in complex operational environments and possesses strong financial acumen.
Qualifications & Experience: Industry Expertise: Extensive senior HR leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, or similar industrial sectors.
