Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team. This role focuses on translating technical specifications into robust, tested CRM applications. You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle, from writing detailed programming specifications and code generation to troubleshooting complex technical issues during implementation and migration. Pay Rate: $555.49- $591.05/Diem

Responsibilities
- Translate technical system specifications into working, high-performance CRM applications.

- Write and generate code, compile data-driven programs, and conduct rigorous unit testing to ensure stability.

- Resolve complex technical problems arising during software operation, providing expert assistance in conversions and migrations.

- Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the SDLC to design, code, debug, and document applications using structured methodologies.

- Create and configure APIs and manage batch file processing to ensure seamless data flow.

- Elicit and document requirements from diverse business stakeholders and subject matter experts.

- Provide ongoing technical support and resolve any issues following product deployment.

- Develop user and system documentation, as well as training materials and curriculums for end-users.

Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 (D365), including high-availability solution design and enterprise architecture standards.

- Proficient in C#, .NET Framework (all supported versions), ASP.NET, SQL, and XML.

- Proven experience with MS WebServices, MS SQL Server, and Windows environments.

- Hands-on experience with API creation/configuration, batch file processing, and middleware/gateways.

- Familiarity with custom-coded portals, legacy platforms, and IAM technologies (e.g., OKTA).

- Strong background in structured development methodologies and Rapid Application Development (RAD).

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical partners.
