About the job Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. Position: First-Line Supervisors of Non-Retail Sales Workers Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: $65–$130/hour Location: US, UK, or Canada Duration: Short term sprint Role Responsibilities Design questions related to your occupation as a First-Line Supervisor of Non-Retail Sales Workers. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals. Utilize a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks (Chromebooks not supported). Ensure high availability for substantial hours during the project sprint. Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Non-Retail Sales Workers. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada . Compensation & Legal At-will contractor to Mercor. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours. Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates .
