Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (General Tool/Rental) to develop new business, maintain strong customer relationships, and deliver innovative solutions in general tool and construction equipment.

Expected earning potential of $90-150K in the first year.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop new customers in your territory

• Maintain and grow existing accounts through exceptional service

• Coordinate with operations on equipment availability and rental programs

• Deliver presentations and business reviews to management

• Ensure accurate customer records and compliance with safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  2+ years in direct sales or project management within the equipment industry

  Power generation or testing equipment background preferred

• Skills:

  Strong business development and customer retention abilities

  Technical aptitude and ability to learn engineering concepts

  Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 25+ lbs, work indoors/outdoors, and occasionally travel for customer visits. Safety is at the core of everything we do.

Base Pay Range

40,000.00 - 50,000.00

Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.
