We’re a welcoming, energetic, family in South Transcona looking for a caring and reliable part-time nanny to support us throughout the summer. We have two wonderful kids, a curious 6‑year‑old son and a playful 4‑year‑old daughter, who thrive with patient, engaging, and structured care. (Our son benefits from extra support with routines and communication, so someone who is calm, flexible, and understanding will be a great fit.) About the Role - Approximately 10 hours per week (flexible and negotiable) - Two or three shifts a week - Some weekend shifts will be offered - Start date: Early Summer Who We’re Looking For - Someone compassionate, responsible, and full of positive energy - Comfortable planning fun, learning-based activities both indoors and outdoors - Patient and able to offer gentle guidance during transitions and routines - Has their own transportation - Prior experience supporting children who need a little extra help is an asset, but not required—kindness and willingness to learn are just as important. You’ll be part of a supportive, easygoing family environment where your contribution genuinely matters.
