About the job Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. Position: Software Engineer Type: Contract Compensation: $100–$200/hour Role Responsibilities Collaborate with the Mercor team on special projects to enhance software solutions. Develop and improve AI models through rigorous testing and evaluation. Utilize Python and TensorFlow to optimize model performance and accuracy. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Shape the future of AI technology by contributing innovative ideas and solutions. Qualifications Must-Have 5+ years of software engineering experience. Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
