Maintaining the daily operation of the site schedule and effectively leading, supervising and mentoring a team. This is a wonderful opportunity for a supervisor who is looking for the next step in their career.Location: Downtown EdmontonType: Full TimeSchedule: Mon to Fri 8 am to 4 pmPay rate: $27/hrThe day-to-dayProviding first aid, CPR and AED when requiredEnsuring all security/emergency systems are functioning (i.e. alarms, camera, door access), providing daily reports of deficiencies and scheduling maintenance/repairs as needed.Managing Access requests and ensuring the Standard operating procedures are being adhered to.Monitoring CCTV for all sites and ensuring all cameras are accounted for daily.Ensuring guards are properly trained, qualified, uniformed.Be an active participant in Occupational Health & Safety meetings.Oversee operational functions to enforce site policies, enhance team performance, and achieve departmental goals.Schedule and manage staff to ensure smooth operations.Coordinate training programs and onboarding processes for new employees.Monitor employee performance to identify areas for improvement and development.Foster employee engagement to create a positive and productive work environmentHere's what you need:Valid Alberta Security Worker License2 years of security experience in a Site Supervisor or in a site Manager capacity.5+ years of experience in the security industryOccupational First Aid.
