This position is very different from a typical summer job.
It is a performance-driven opportunity built for people who want to develop real-world confidence, communication ability, and personal accountability.
It can be challenging, but the growth and rewards are significant for the right candidate.
If you are looking for an easy or guaranteed-pay role, this likely isn’t the right fit.
You will complete 3–4 hour marketing shifts going door-to-door in assigned neighbourhoods throughout Milton and Oakville, speaking with homeowners about potential home service projects.
You are not responsible for closing sales.

This role is performance-based.
Performance is evaluated after your first two weeks.
Consistently low performance may result in the role ending early — this ensures a strong, motivated team environment.
