Executive Assistant to the CEO

Role Overview
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO serves as a strategic partner and trusted gatekeeper, providing high-level administrative, operational, and project support. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
The ideal candidate from financial industry,is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating the CEO’s needs while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and presentations for meetings and board engagements
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Screen and manage communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
Strategic & Operational Support
- Support execution of strategic initiatives and special projects led by the CEO
- Track key deliverables and follow up with leadership team to ensure accountability
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
Board & Leadership Coordination
- Coordinate board meetings, including logistics, materials, and minutes
- Liaise with senior executives and cross-functional teams on behalf of the CEO
- Maintain confidentiality on all board-level and executive matters
Office & Communication Management
- Draft and edit internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Ensure smooth communication flow within the executive office
- Support company-wide initiatives, events, and leadership meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably a CEO
- Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate environments
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Key Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
