Receptionist - Cranbrook - April 1st and 2nd Wednesday and Thursday

Randstad is seeking a professional and organized Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment in Cranbrook. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team.

Duration: Temporary
Date: Cranbrook - April 1st and 2nd Wednesday and Thursday
Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities
• Warmly greeting and directing all visitors.
• Answering phones, routing calls, and taking accurate messages.
• Handling mail processing and distribution.
• Performing data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
• Providing general support to ensure the office runs smoothly.
• Assisting with administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong typing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Two or more years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and bank deposits is a plus.
