Reporting to the Document and Content Improvement Manager, the Document and Content Improvement Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the accessibility of the organization’s documents and materials. In this capacity, they work closely with the Document and Content Improvement Manager to ensure access to all available content. Their responsibilities also include optimizing the use of documentary content required for service proposals, reducing the time spent searching for and reconstructing information (e.g., projects, résumés, recurring texts), keeping content up to date, accurate, and highlighted to reflect the company’s expertise and achievements, ensuring the daily application of document standards, nomenclature, and quality standards, and supporting the Manager in deploying and evolving the document management system.
