As a senior leader within Nasdaq FinTech, the Head of Sales Operations will be accountable for driving the Sales Performance Management, and Strategic Execution across a Global Sales Operations organization.
The central focus of this role is to modernize and streamline Sales Operations by leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes end to end. This role plays a critical role in simplifying how sales teams operate, increasing seller productivity, improving execution quality, and driving overall efficiency across the Sales and Revenue Organization, enabling both short-term performance and long-term sustainable growth.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in sales compensation and quota management, strong command of booking policy governance in complex, regulated environments, and the leadership presence required to set direction, influence senior stakeholders, and lead a globally distributed team.
This position will be located in Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $121,000 - $170,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
