Our client, a well-established and growing Canadian manufacturer of customized food ingredients and seasoning solutions, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role with a defined progression into a broader Technical leadership position.
Currently based in North York, the operation will be relocating to a new facility in Mississauga in Summer 2026, supporting continued growth across the Canadian market.
About the Opportunity
This role is ideal for a quality professional who is looking for more than just day-to-day QA oversight. You will begin by taking ownership of the company’s quality and food safety programs, with a clear mandate to learn, strengthen, and enhance existing systems.
With a structured 2–3 year succession plan, this position is designed to evolve into a Technical Manager role, becoming the key internal expert across regulatory, specifications, and product compliance.
You will work closely with leadership and have the support of a Co-op Food Science student, allowing you to focus on both execution and continuous improvement.
