Job Title: Skilled Laborer Job Description Join our team as a Skilled Laborer for an 8 month renovation project in Richmond. You will be involved in various tasks including demolition, site clean-up, using hand and power tools, assisting carpenters, back framing, building bulkheads, cutting wood, and caulking. Responsibilities Perform demolition of existing structures. Clean and maintain the work site. Utilize hand and power tools effectively. Assist carpenters with various tasks. Perform back framing and build bulkheads. Cut wood and apply caulking as required. Essential Skills 3 years of experience as a Skilled Laborer or Carpenter''s Helper. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to pass a government criminal record clearance. Experience in commercial or residential settings. Strong communication skills. Willingness to perform demolition work. Additional Skills & Qualifications Possession of a car. Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications. Why Work Here?
