Position: Senior Manager, Paid Media
Location: GTA - North Toronto/ Vaughan
Work Type: On-Site - 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
Compensation: $100,000 to $130,000 base plus bonus

Our client is scaling some of the most recognized and fastest-growing brands in the beauty and personal care space.
They are looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Media who doesn’t just execute campaigns, but understands how paid media drives real business outcomes.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will own paid media strategy across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with a clear mandate to connect upper-funnel awareness to in-market conversion across retail and eCommerce channels.
This role is best suited for someone who can think strategically, execute tactically, and clearly articulate why a media plan will work — not just how to run it.
