At MacKay Contracting Ltd., our equipment is the backbone of everything we do and our Heavy Duty Mechanics are the reason it performs day in and day out. This role is critical to keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and productive, helping us minimize downtime, exceed client expectations, and get the job done right the first time.
Working as part of our Maintenance Team, youll support a wide range of heavy civil and mining projects by ensuring our equipment is ready to work when and where its needed.

This role is based out of Sparwood, B.C., working a 7 x 7 night shift rotation.Shifts typically run 12-14 hours, with overtime after 8 hours.
