Our client is seeking an ambitious and organized Project Manager to support the delivery of mechanical projects across the ICI sector, with a strong focus on retrofit work. They are a respected mechanical contractor known for their technically skilled team, capable of troubleshooting and solving challenges across residential,mercial, and industrial environments. Your new role
You will support mechanical projects from initial planning through topletion, preparing schedules, documentation, budgets, and progress reports while keeping all project information accurate and up to date. You will track milestones, maintain alignment with timelines and deliverables, and work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure clearmunication throughout the project. You will participate in meetings, record action items, and follow up to keep work moving. Time on site may be required to help coordinate trades, monitor quality, and ensurepliance with safety and industry standards. You will also assist in reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Core responsibilities include full project coordination, budget and schedule oversight, subcontractor and client management, and adherence to safety and industry requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
A background in engineering, construction management, or a related mechanical discipline, such as plumbing or HVAC, is required, along with the ability to work confidently withputers and project management software. Red Seal certification, PMP training, and HVAC or plumbing knowledge are strong assets. You should bring strongmunication skills, the ability to managepeting priorities, and confidence working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools is expected, along with a willingness to continue developing your skills.
