Overview
TEEMA is partnering with a leading healthcare organization seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to lead the architecture, design, and technical direction of an enterprise Salesforce Health Cloud platform.
This role serves as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and long-term technology strategy. The Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce development teams, administrators, and third-party vendors to deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the technical architect for Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into enterprise technical solutions.
- Design Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and system integrations.
- Lead Salesforce modifications in collaboration with administrators and development teams.
- Design UI and workflow solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop architecture artifacts, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical guidance.
- Analyze and design solutions supporting multiple system interfaces and data integrations.
- Recommend new technologies and tools supporting business objectives.
- Mentor development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Provide technical leadership for implementation projects.
- Partner with Project Managers and Business Analysts on project planning.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including user stories, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Help drive long-term Salesforce Health Cloud strategy and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with coursework in programming and database systems, or equivalent experience.
- U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation.
- 7+ years of general application development and support experience.
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience.
- 5 years of experience with a Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices.
- 2 years of experience leading technical project teams.
- Experience with: JavaScript Flows Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce SOAP REST
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira or similar solutions.
- Experience defining and implementing technical solutions using customer-defined objectives.
- Experience applying multiple technical solutions to solve business problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced technical degree.
- 10+ years of relevant IT experience in software development and application implementation/support.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
- Experience with OmniStudio.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Technical experience working in a government contract systems environment.
